A few people have asked in the past weeks “Is what I am experiencing normal?”.
What you are experiencing is valid, your thoughts are valid and you feelings are too.
People’s ability to cope with different level of stress varies through their lives. Sometimes people feel more able to cope with high levels of stress, whilst at other times it can be difficult to cope with somethings that might seem trivial.
