The interplay between physical and mental health is important to Jocelyn. Most people know that exercise and nutrition are important to their physical and mental health, however some find it extremely hard to change exercise or dietary habits. Jocelyn supports people to explore historical, complex emotional and psychological reasons why some people find health behaviour change so challenging.
