Parents can have a significant impact on the confidence of their children.  From birth children are shaped by the way they are spoken to, the encouragement they are given and the limits and boundaries placed upon them.  Focus Performance Psychology are planning a group for parents of children involved in sport at any level.  

Confidence Workshop - Adolescent Females

Confidence and self-esteem are important for adolescent development.  Focus Performance Psychology are running Saturday morning and Monday evening small groups (5-6 participants) about confidence for adolescent females who are involved in sport at any level.
